Yes. We admit to Baptist Memorial Hospital Union County.

Why do I receive more than one bill when I am seen at the hospital?2018-07-12T13:12:47-05:00

When services are provided in a hospital facility, you will receive separate bills from each physician, medical doctor, surgeon, radiologist, pathologist, anesthesiologist, as well as a bill from the hospital.

If my account is not kept current are there late fees or penalties charged?2018-07-12T13:12:22-05:00

Yes. Late fees are applied monthly. If no payment is made in 90 days, the account may be turned over to a collection agency.

Include the name of the patient whose account is being paid, patient account number, and the tear off portion of the statement.

We consider the adult person who authorized care to be the responsible party/guarantor.

As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance, but the patient is ultimately responsible for bill.

Deductibles are due at time of service. We will bill your insurance for the balance.

Will I be seen by the doctor if I haven’t paid my co pay?2018-07-12T13:16:59-05:00

No. Our policy requires payment of co pays at the time of service.
